breathe and count to ten, the other option is to meditate and think about
good things and sometimes talk about your problem with a friend or family

“stress is stressful” well yes. And as for “deep” breathing – it depends –
breathing fast with the upper chest will not help. Otherwise some good tips
and funny cartoons 🙂
